“Dear Lord, the season of Christmas is approaching.

사랑하는 주님, 성탄의 계절이 다가옵니다.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Jesus. Thank You that we can have joy through trusting Your Son. Please help us to put our own selfishness aside and bring us back to the joy that You provide.

사랑하는 하나님 아버지, 예수님을 선물로 주셔서 감사드립니다. 주님의 아들을 신뢰함으로써 우리가 기쁨을 누릴 수 있음을 감사드립니다. 우리가 자신의 이기심을 제쳐두고 주님께서 주시는 기쁨으로 다시 돌아갈 수 있도록 도와주옵소서.

Dear Heavenly Father, Jesus gave us a refreshing shock with his humble birth in a manger. Let us imitate His humble birth and life, and we are amazed by the shepherds’ devotion to glorifying Him. The Lord is the perfect Lord who has received all glory and praise.

사랑하는 하나님 아버지, 예수님께서 말구유의 겸손한 탄생으로 저희들에게 신선한 충격을 주셨습니다. 그분의 겸허하신 탄생과 삶을 본받게 하소서, 주님께 영광을 돌리는 목자들의 헌신에 놀라움을 금치 못합니다. 주님은 모든 영광과 찬송을 받으신 온전하신 주님이십니다.

Lord, who has come as the Lord of peace, let the guns and cries of this land stop,

평화의 주로 오신 주님, 이 땅의 총성과 아우성이 멈추게 하소서,

Lord, who came as a healer, please heal the sick who are suffering both physically and spiritually.

치료자로 오신 주님, 영육간에 고통당하는 병약자를 치료하여 주소서,

Lord, who came as a liberator, free the prisoners, the oppressed, and the prisoners.

해방자로 오신 주님, 갇힌 자와 눌린 자와 갇힌 자를 풀어 주옵소서,

Oh Lord, let the light of your peace shine brightly throughout the world,

오, 주님 주님의 평화의 빛을 온누리에 훤히 비추어 주소서,

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for the angels’ praise. We sincerely thank and honor you for our salvation and guidance with your unwavering love.

사랑하는 하나님 아버지, 천사들의 찬양을 감사드립니다. 변함없는 사랑으로 저희의 구원과 인도하심을 진심으로 감사드리며 영광 돌립니다.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the example of Anna. Please help me to give thanks and tell others of the redemption that came with Jesus.

사랑하는 하나님 아버지, 안나의 모범을 보여주셔서 감사합니다. 저희가 예수님이 가져다주신 온 구원에 대해 감사하고 다른 사람들에게 전할 수 있도록 도와주옵소서.

Dear Heavenly Father, guide us to share the truth in Christ. Please use me as a tool of the gospel to testify of Jesus Christ, who came as the savior during the season of Christmas. Give true peace and harmony to this land, and let Christmas carols overflow in the Nort Korea, the Middle East, and Ukraine, in the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
