"O, Lord, the source of all blessings,

The Lord is the trace of all life,

The Lord is the foundation of all grace.

 

God created the sun that rises in the east,

He spreads the sunlight that opens the morning of Thanksgiving.

 

Children who are still having a hard time sleeping and oversleeping,

The Lord is the source and the true owner.

 

The Lord is the beginning of my life and existence.

 

Lord, who will guide the future path of my childish grandson,

You never know when you will reach the end of my life,

God's plan and providence are not scattered

Let it be a flowing stream of life,

 

Master of history,

Lord of a family,

Following the beliefs of Puritan pilgrims

Be patient, be thankful, and live by faith,

Let us be established in this land as a prestigious family of faith.

 

Uncertainty of world peace in 2023,

Crisis situation of the world economy in 2023,

Conflict between presidential and general elections in the United States and Korea in 2024.

 

Lord of creation,

Oh Lord of Providence,

Lord, let your will be done.

 

In the end, we will praise and be thankful for God’s good providence.

 

Like fallen leaves that have lost their meaning on Thanksgiving,

Beggars who lost their warm family belongings,

Prisoners locked in bars of small space,

Patients standing on the edge of the cliff of death,

All the people who live in the flesh but cry out in the abyss of despair,

Oh, Lord! Give them freedom, liberation and courage.

And truly give them hope in life,

 

For being the light of my life on Thanksgiving 2023,

Let me live with gratitude.

Let us share with gratitude,

Let me become a tree of heaven that bears the fruit of gratitude.

주님은 모든 생명의 근원이시며,

추수감사절의 아침을 여는 햇살을 뿌리십니다.

 

아직도 곤한 잠, 늦잠을 자는 자녀들도

주님이 근원이시고 진정 주인이 되십니다.

 

주님은 저의 생명과 존재의 시작이십니다.

 

철부지 손자의 앞길도 이끄실 주님,

인생의 종착역에 언제 임할지 모르나,

하나님의 계획과 섭리는 흩어짐 없이

흘러가는 생명의 물줄기가 되게하소서.

 

역사의 주인이시여,

한 가정의 주관자시여,

청교도 순례자의 믿음 따라

인내하며, 감사하며, 믿음으로 살아드려,

신앙의 명문 가문으로 이 땅에 세워지게 하소서,

 

2023년의 세계 평화의 불확실성,

2023년의 세계 경제의 위기상황,

2024년의 미국, 한국의 대선과 총선의 갈등.

 

창조의 주님이시여.

오, 섭리의 주님이시여,

주님의 뜻을 이루소서.

 

결국은 선하신 하나님의 섭리를 찬양하고 감사할 것입니다.

 

추수감사절의 의미를 잃은 낙엽처럼,

따뜻한 가족 품을 잃은 걸인들,

한 평의 창살 속에 갇힌 죄수들,

죽음의 절벽 끝에 선 환우들,

육은 살았으나 절망의 나락에서 울부짖는 뭇인생들.

 

오, 주여! 저들에게 자유를, 해방을 용기를,

그리고 진정 삶의 희망을 주소서.

 

2023년 추수감사절의 인생의 빛이 되셔서 ,

감사하며 살게 하소서,

감사를 나누며 살게 하소서,

감사의 열매를 맺는 천국 나무가 되게 하소서.
