거룩하시고 전능하신 하나님, 역사와 우주를 다스리는 주님, 한 나라와 한 개인을 주관하시는 진정한 왕이시여.
이 시대를 주관하시며 열방을 다스리시는 하나님 앞에 겸손히 나아가 기도드립니다.
1월 20일 미국의 제47대 대통령으로 도널드 J. 트럼프가 취임하는 이 순간, 그를 위해, 미국을 위해, 대한민국과 동맹국을 위해, 그리고 이 세계를 위해 간절히 기도드립니다.
Ⅰ. 취임하는 도널드 J. 트럼프 대통령을 위한 기도
미국의 지도자로 45대를 이어 다시 한번 세우신 주님, 도널드 J. 트럼프 대통령에게 지혜와 분별력을 허락하옵소서.
정의와 공의를 따라 통치하며, 국민을 위한 헌신적 리더십을 발휘하게 하시고, 미국이 분열과 갈등을 넘어 하나 되도록 이끄는 화합의 지도자가 되게 하옵소서.
국내 경제 회복과 안보 강화, 국제 외교와 동맹 관계에서 올바른 결정을 내리도록 도우시고, 자신의 명예와 이익이 아니라 국민과 세계 평화를 위한 길을 걸어가게 하옵소서.
솔로몬에게 주셨던 지혜를 허락하시어, 공의와 사랑으로 나라를 다스리게 하옵소서.
"왕의 마음이 여호와의 손에 있음이 마치 본류의 물과 같아서 그가 원하는 대로 인도하시느니라." (잠언 21:1)
Ⅱ. 정의와 평화의 미국을 위한 기도
주님, 미국이 다시금 하나님의 뜻을 따라 정의와 진리를 세우는 나라가 되게 하옵소서. 정치적·사회적 분열 속에서도 국민이 서로를 존중하며 화합하게 하시고, 경제적 도전과 난관 속에서도 희망을 품고 나아가게 하옵소서.
총기 폭력과 마약 문제를 해결할 합당한 정책을 수립하게 하시고, 어려운 이민 정책과 추락한 의료보험 개혁에서도 균형 잡힌 정책이 시행되게 하옵소서.
미국이 하나님을 경외하는 위대한 국가로 서서, 온 세계에 선한 영향력을 끼치는 나라가 되게 하옵소서.
"네 하나님 여호와께서 네 손으로 하는 모든 일에 복을 주시고 네가 가는 모든 길에 네게 복을 내리시리라." (신명기 28:8)
Ⅲ. 대한민국과 한미 동맹을 위한 기도
주님, 탄핵 정국 속에 있는 대한민국을 불쌍히 여기시고, 속히 정의와 법치와 평화와 복지의 나라가 되게 하소서, 대한민국이 정치적, 경제적, 군사적으로 더욱 강건한 나라가 되게 하옵소서.
대한민국과 미국의 동맹이 더욱 굳건해져, 아시아의 평화와 세계 안보를 지키는 든든한 연합이 되게 하옵소서.
북한의 위협 속에서도 한반도의 평화가 지켜지게 하시고, 대한민국이 최고의 우방이요 동맹인 미국과 함께 세계의 평화, 자유와 정의를 수호하며 국제 사회에서 중요한 역할을 감당하도록 이끌어 주옵소서.
한국의 지도자들에게도 지혜와 결단력을 허락하셔서, 국가와 국민을 바른길로 인도하게 하옵소서.
특별히 미국과 한국, 세계 도처에서 일어나는 중국발 부정선거를 파헤쳐 주시고 그들의 실상을 드러내고 정의로 다스려 주옵소서.
"하나님이 나라들을 판단하시며 정직히 판단하시리라. 땅의 모든 나라들아, 즐거이 소리칠지어다." (시편 67:4)
Ⅳ. 동맹국과 국제 평화를 위한 기도
주님, 미국과 대한민국을 비롯한 동맹국들이 국제 질서를 지키며, 자유와 번영을 이루어가는 강한 연대를 유지하도록 역사하여 주옵소서.
NATO 동맹국과 인도-태평양 지역의 협력국들이 하나 되어 세계 평화를 위해 나아가게 하옵소서,
중국과 러시아의 위협 속에서도 자유민주주의 국가들이 연합하여 공의를 실현하게 하옵소서.
우크라이나와 러시아, 이스라엘과 팔레스타인, 중국과 대만, 한반도 등 세계 곳곳의 분쟁 지역을 다스려 주시며, 모든 국가 지도자들이 평화를 위해 노력하도록 역사하여 주옵소서.
"나라들이여, 주님을 찬양하라! 모든 백성들아, 주님을 높여라!" (시편 117:1)
Ⅴ. 세계 교회와 선교지를 위한 기도
주님, 세계 곳곳의 교회와 선교지가 다시 부흥하게 하시고, 복음의 능력이 세상 속에서 빛을 발하게 하옵소서.
박해받는 성도들을 보호하시고, 전 세계 목회자들과 선교사들에게 성령의 능력을 더하여 주옵소서.
특히, 미국과 대한민국의 교회들이 다시 거룩함을 회복하고, 온 세계 교회가 연합하여 힘차게 복음화를 위하여 증진하며, 죽어가는 영혼을 구원하여, 열방에 주님의 빛이 임하게 하소서.
"대저 물이 바다를 덮음같이 여호와의 영광을 인정하는 것이 세상에 가득하리라"(하박국 2:14)
Ⅵ. 세계를 위한 기도
주님, 이 땅에서 전쟁과 기근, 가난과 질병으로 고통받는 이들을 긍휼히 여겨 주옵소서.
특히 아프리카와 중동의 난민들을 보호하시고, 도움이 필요한 이들에게 손길이 이어지게 하옵소서.
세계 경제가 안정되게 하시고, 가난한 나라들이 발전하며 공정한 무역과 경제 협력이 이루어지게 하옵소서.
"주께서 땅의 모든 끝이 주를 경외하게 하시리이다." (시편 67:7)
Ⅶ. 마치는 기도
알파와 오메가 되시고 전지전능하신 하나님, 트럼프 대통령과 미국을 축복하시고, 대한민국과 모든 동맹국이 더욱 굳건하게 협력하며 세계 평화를 이루어가도록 인도하여 주옵소서.
이 땅에 전쟁과 갈등이 아닌 평화와 정의가 이루어지게 하시고, 교회가 세상의 빛과 소금이 되어 하나님의 나라를 확장하게 하옵소서. 다시 오실 주님과 그의 나라를 영원히 사모하며 날마다 준비하는 삶을 살게 하소서.

A Prayer for the United States, South Korea, Allied Nations, and the World
Almighty and Holy God, the Sovereign Lord of history and the universe, the true King who governs nations and individuals,
We humbly come before You, the God who rules over this era and reigns over the nations, to offer our prayers.
As Donald J. Trump is inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, we fervently pray for him, for America, for South Korea and its allies, and for the world.
I. Prayer for President Donald J. Trump
Lord, You have once again established Donald J. Trump as the leader of the United States after his 45th presidency. Grant him wisdom and discernment.
May he govern with justice and righteousness, demonstrate devoted leadership for the people, and unite America beyond division and conflict.
Guide him to make the right decisions regarding economic recovery, national security, international diplomacy, and alliance relations. Let him walk the path not for personal honor or gain but for the well-being of the people and world peace.
As You granted wisdom to Solomon, grant President Trump the wisdom to lead the nation with justice and love.
"The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." (Proverbs 21:1)
II. Prayer for a Just and Peaceful America
Lord, let America once again become a nation that upholds justice and truth according to Your will. Amid political and social divisions, help the people respect and unite with one another. Even in economic challenges and difficulties, let hope prevail.
Grant wisdom to establish proper policies to address gun violence and the drug crisis. Provide balanced policies for immigration reform and healthcare improvement.
May America stand as a great nation that fears God and exerts a positive influence on the world.
"The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land He is giving you." (Deuteronomy 28:8)
III. Prayer for South Korea and the U.S.-Korea Alliance
Lord, have mercy on South Korea amid its political turmoil, and restore it to a nation of justice, law, peace, and welfare. Strengthen South Korea politically, economically, and militarily.
May the U.S.-Korea alliance be fortified, forming a strong partnership that safeguards peace in Asia and global security.
Despite the threats from North Korea, ensure peace on the Korean Peninsula. Guide South Korea to play a crucial role in preserving world peace, freedom, and justice alongside the United States.
Grant wisdom and decisiveness to South Korea’s leaders so they may lead the nation and its people on the right path.
Especially, expose and judge the fraudulent elections orchestrated by China, whether in the U.S., South Korea, or other parts of the world, and bring justice upon them.
"May God judge the nations with equity and guide the nations of the earth with justice. Let the nations be glad and sing for joy." (Psalm 67:4).
IV. Prayer for Allied Nations and Global Peace
Lord, let the United States, South Korea, and their allies uphold international order and sustain a strong coalition that fosters liberty and prosperity.
May NATO allies and Indo-Pacific partner nations unite for global peace.
Amid threats from China and Russia, strengthen democratic nations to stand together for justice.
Bring peace to conflict zones such as Ukraine and Russia, Israel and Palestine, China and Taiwan, and the Korean Peninsula. Guide world leaders to strive for peace.
"Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol Him, all you peoples!" (Psalm 117:1)
V. Prayer for the Global Church and Mission Fields
Lord, let churches and mission fields worldwide experience revival once again. May the power of the Gospel shine throughout the world.
Protect persecuted believers, and empower pastors and missionaries with the Holy Spirit.
Especially, let the churches of the U.S. and South Korea be restored in holiness. May the global Church unite and advance the Gospel, saving lost souls and spreading Your light to the nations.
"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea." (Habakkuk 2:14)
VI. Prayer for the World
Lord, have mercy on those suffering from war, famine, poverty, and disease.
Protect refugees in Africa and the Middle East, and provide help to those in need.
Stabilize the global economy and enable poor nations to develop. Let fair trade and economic cooperation flourish.
"May all the ends of the earth fear Him." (Psalm 67:7)
VII. Closing Prayer
Almighty God, the Alpha and the Omega, bless President Trump and the United States. Strengthen cooperation between South Korea and its allies to achieve global peace.
May peace and justice prevail over war and conflict. Let the Church be the light and salt of the world, expanding Your Kingdom.
As we long for the return of our Lord and His eternal Kingdom, help us live each day in preparation for His coming.
